Reviva provides a Long Block and Long Block Supreme for the ISX CM2350/EPA13

Power Cylinder Update:

Reviva incorporates a carbon scraper ring, or commonly known as an anti-polishing ring, for better engine performance. The cylinder liner has an additional steel ring that is inserted on the counter bore of the cylinder liner. This scrapes the carbon from the sides of the piston which aids in reducing carbon polishing on the cylinder walls. These improvements are designed to decrease oil consumption, lower oil filter contaminants and reduce DPF regeneration.

    All Reviva engines are assembled in the USA. To ensure our engines will stand the test of time, Reviva uses OEM or equivalent pistons, rings, bearings, valves and gaskets.

    please gather the following information:

    • The original engine serial number
    • The original engine CPL number

    The CPL and serial numbers for the ISX are located on the valve cover. 

    REVIVA’S DYNO TEST

    All of Reviva’s Complete Drop-In engines are 100% dyno tested prior to shipment. Computer controls ensure that each engine dyno test is conducted under standard, repeatable settings. Every engine is run through a warm up cycle; three separate cruise segments simulating light, medium and heavy throttle conditions; maximum torque and horsepower tests; both high and low idle tests; and a black light leak detection test with dyed oil, coolant and fuel.
